About Full Stoke Kitchen
Full Stoke Kitchen is an Austin meal-prep service offering fresh, high-protein chef-made meals for weekly pickup or delivery. Meals are cooked from scratch each Sunday and are never frozen. The rotating weekly menu is built around chicken, beef meatballs and Atlantic salmon, with meals designed to include substantial protein along with carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Customers can order week to week or choose a recurring 6-, 8-, or 12-meal membership.
