About Cooking the Details

Cooking the Details is a Carrollton-based culinary business led by Chef Dazore Bradford. Its weekly meal-prep service features a rotating small-batch menu of scratch-made dishes, with a limited selection that changes each week. Customers can select meals and portions for the week. Order from the current Hotplate drop when available. Weekly rotating scratch-made menu normally includes chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian/vegan and pescatarian options. Orders close Thursday at the time listed on that drop; scheduled pickup Monday4–8pm at Cooking the Details, no walk-ins. Currently the official storefront has no next drop scheduled and only past June2026 drops; do not treat past menus as current.
