These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Meal Prep Zone websites, software, directory, accounts, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting a business listing, or otherwise using Meal Prep Zone, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Meal Prep Zone on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

1. About Meal Prep Zone

Meal Prep Zone provides technology and online services designed for meal prep businesses and consumers, which may include:

• meal prep business websites and ordering tools;
• menu and subscription management;
• customer-account functionality;
• administrative tools;
• analytics and business-management features;
• the Meal Prep Zone business directory;
• business listing and claim tools;
• reviews and inquiries;
• educational content and related services.

Features may change or evolve over time.

2. Accounts

Some services require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• activities performed through your account;
• promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate another person or business or knowingly provide false ownership information.

3. Business Listings and Claims

Meal Prep Zone may create directory listings using information provided by businesses or obtained from legitimate publicly available sources.

A listing appearing in the Directory does not necessarily mean the business has claimed, verified, endorsed, or paid for that listing.

Businesses may request to claim a listing.

Meal Prep Zone may require reasonable verification of authority before granting control over a listing.

We may review proposed changes to important listing information, including business identity, website, contact information, ownership information, telephone number, or location.

4. Accuracy of Business Information

Businesses are responsible for keeping information they provide accurate and current.

Meal Prep Zone may correct, reject, suspend, or remove information that we reasonably believe is:

• inaccurate;
• misleading;
• fraudulent;
• unlawful;
• abusive;
• unrelated to the service;
• harmful to users or the integrity of the platform.

We do not guarantee that every third-party business listing is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Reviews and User Content

Where reviews or other public submissions are available, users are responsible for the content they submit.

You may not submit content that is knowingly false, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, spam, or otherwise abusive.

Businesses may not remove legitimate negative reviews simply because they disagree with them.

Meal Prep Zone may moderate, reject, remove, or restrict content in accordance with our moderation practices and applicable law.

6. Software Services

Businesses using Meal Prep Zone software are responsible for:

• the products and services they sell;
• menu information and pricing;
• taxes applicable to their business;
• customer service;
• fulfillment;
• food preparation and safety;
• delivery or pickup;
• refunds owed to their customers;
• compliance with laws applicable to their operations.

Meal Prep Zone provides technology. We are not the seller, manufacturer, preparer, or deliverer of meals offered by independent businesses using the platform.

7. Customer Data

Businesses using Meal Prep Zone may process information concerning their customers through the platform.

Each business is responsible for ensuring it has the rights, notices, and permissions necessary to collect and use its customers' information.

Meal Prep Zone may process such information as necessary to operate and support the services.

8. Plans, Fees and Payments

Certain Meal Prep Zone services are free and others require payment.

Current pricing, billing frequency, included features, setup charges, or other applicable fees will be presented before purchase or agreed separately with the customer.

Prices may change for future billing periods or new purchases. Where required, appropriate notice will be provided.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

9. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period displayed when the subscription is purchased unless cancelled.

Where self-service subscription management is available, customers may manage billing through their account or the applicable billing portal.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not automatically erase account or listing information.

Any specific refund, cancellation, setup, migration, or custom-development terms communicated and accepted as part of a proposal, invoice, order, or separate agreement may supplement these Terms.

10. Directory Premium Services

The Directory may offer free and paid listing features.

Features available to a particular listing may depend on:

• its plan;
• account status;
• administrative configuration;
• promotional arrangements;
• individually granted features.

Meal Prep Zone may change the features included in future plans while respecting existing contractual commitments where applicable.

11. Third-Party Services

Meal Prep Zone may integrate with third-party services such as:

• payment processors;
• email providers;
• scheduling platforms;
• analytics services;
• cloud infrastructure providers;
• advertising or marketing platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Meal Prep Zone is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use Meal Prep Zone to:

• violate applicable law;
• commit fraud;
• impersonate another person or business;
• interfere with platform security;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• distribute malicious code;
• scrape or extract data in a manner that materially harms or disrupts the service;
• send spam or abusive communications;
• misuse customer or business information;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• intentionally disrupt the service or other users.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Meal Prep Zone, its users, or third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

Meal Prep Zone and its associated software, branding, design, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit Meal Prep Zone proprietary materials.

Businesses retain ownership of content they legitimately provide, subject to the permissions necessary for Meal Prep Zone to host, display, process, and distribute that content in connection with the services.

By providing business content, you grant Meal Prep Zone a non-exclusive licence to use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and promote the applicable service or listing.

14. Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, software updates, security issues, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect service.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features over time.

If a change materially affects a paid contractual service, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and any specific agreement with the customer.

15. Directory Disclaimer

Meal Prep Zone does not independently guarantee the quality, availability, safety, pricing, licensing, nutrition, food safety, delivery performance, or other claims of businesses listed in the Directory.

Users should make their own decisions before purchasing from or engaging with a listed business.

A business's presence in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement by Meal Prep Zone.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meal Prep Zone services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• every feature will always be available;
• every listing will be complete or accurate;
• use of the service will produce particular sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, or business results;
• third-party integrations will always remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meal Prep Zone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material violation of these Terms;
• fraud or abuse;
• security threats;
• unlawful activity;
• non-payment of amounts due;
• conduct that materially harms the service or other users.

Users may discontinue using the services subject to any applicable subscription, invoice, custom-development, or contractual commitments.

19. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Meal Prep Zone Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights a consumer or other party may have under applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any legally enforceable dispute-resolution provisions agreed between the parties.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.

For material changes affecting an ongoing paid service, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
